Landscape Photography

This page will eventually contain some of my most loved images with tips of why and how I photographed them.

Dunquin Harbour is a truly magical place to visit. During my 5 weeks travel around Ireland I recall looking forward to seeing this place. It didn’t disappoint. When I arrived the weather was poor. However, it was due to approve about 1 hour before sunset. About 8pm I made my way to the cliff edge. There was a small outcrop, which looked somewhat precarious, but ideal for me to perch my bottom on with just enough space for my tripod. I took one shot to capture the light in the forgeound and another was a long exposure for the water and sky. Both were blended together in Photoshop.
